I luv u!!! U stayed at the same hotel as me in Bowie. My team, Lady Thunder, was the team who made those signs and was running up and down the hallway that nite! You pitched a GREAT game against Glory. I look up to u in so many ways and i hope to be as good as you some day!

You are so very much fun to watch! My life is extraordinarily busy, but I do try and catch as many games as possible to keep up with your career! You are an awesome pitcher. Keep up the great work!

My name is Casandra and im from neillsville, WI. I would just like to say, Im probably your biggest fan! i love watching you pitch! Im also a pitcher and i recently got first team all-conference and i was wondering if you could give me any tips on my drop ball, i know how to throw it, I just cant get the relase down...when i pitch it, it hits the ground like 7 feet in front of me and i dont understand why because i realse in the same spot i do for my fast ball, change up, rise, and curve ball.If you could help me out i would greatly appreicate it! Im also coming to watch the USA team play in Stevens Point on June 17, i hope to see you pitch! And i hope to get your autograph
My niece has started really getting into softball and with her being a southpaw too, its easy to have you as a role model for her. You play with such intensity, but with a high level of class. Ever since she told me that she wanted to get better and go to college and play softball I've made it a goal to be a positive person with her in that regard. I practice with her as much as I can and pick up tips watching you and the rest of the USA team. I played Baseball for years, but softball is something altogether different for me, lol.
I wanted to say thanks for being a great person for her to look up to. Its rare anymore to have a sports star in the headlines for, you know, GOOD THINGS. =).
Watching you play has even motivated me to consider getting back into playing form and seeing if this catching arm has still got it, lol.
Anyways, the best of luck to you in and out of Softball. My prayers and heart go to you and the Ladies USA team. I'll proudly wave the American flag in honor of you guys.
P.S - Shetland Sheepdogs are great, lovable dogs that can be some of the biggest spazzes, so get your energy ready if you get a pup. Oh, and make sure there's no squirrels around or they're gone, hah.
Ur #1. I hope they keep softball in the Olympics. Hope u guys have fun in Bejing and I will watch the game on t.v. Ur my role model. I play second base for my team.
I am one of your biggest fans...everything I do in softball I try to do like you. I always make sure I have your number 8 so I always have the power of Cat when I pitch. I just want to thank you for being such a good role model for me. I hope to become a pitcher for the national team someday just like you.
I went to see the Thunder play in Kimberly, Wis. last summer. Even though you lost to the Glory, I think you did an amazing job. It was the best moment of my life, to watch you pitch!
I hope you guys have a great time in Bejing and you win! I know you will!
Keep inspiring.
Go #8!!!!
Great to see you in Salinas. Cassidy just loves watching you. You, and the team, are great role models for young girls. We hope you enjoyed the goodies. Best of luck on the Road to Beijing!
Cassidy and Jennifer
I saw on your home-page that your were coming back to Michele Smith's Holiday camp again this December and my mom said that I could come again.( W I was also the girl who was at it this past december, and I was at the USF softball camp too. I just wanted to tell you you showed me how to throw a screwball and it is now my favorite pitch to throw besides my curve and change! Hope you are doing well :)

Rescued dogs (and shelter dogs) of whatever breed often require some extra love and understanding to overcome the reason why they are needing rescue. They give back much more. We have 2 shelter dogs. One from the League City shelter and one from SPCA here in Pennsylvania.

I hope you enjoy getting a dog! I am 11 and I got a Bernese Mountain Dog in September of 2006, he is big, but is a sweetie. I love having a dog! the only bad part is the first week ( they keep you up all night!)

my name is Alyssa i live in Central New York and you are my favorite pitcher ever i am also left handed and i am number 8!! That is my official softball number and it is pretty much the best number ever. You are an inspiration to me and i love the way you throw. GO TEAM USA!!!!
I wear number 8 when I play softball !!!! I am 9 years old and this is my third year of playing. I really enjoy the game. I have to work on my hitting and I have been practicing pitching. The thing is, I don't like outfield.
We have tickets to come see you in Midland Michigan on June 21, 2008. Will there be a chance to get your autograph before you play???
Morgan

lauren faith hill!
You rock my dirt covered softball socks!!! :)
The reason I was wondering is because this year I'm on the 12-year-old All-Stars team so we could make it to the world series!!!!! It would be awesome if you could say if you do or don't in your next blog. I think that if you do watch it and I knew (also my teamates), I would definately want to make you proud.
P.S. If you do watch and my team makes it, I'm one of the pitchers.
* Ad Astra per aspera! *

My 9 year old daughter is a big fan of yours ever since she realize you were left-handed and by chance realized ya'll had the exact same brand of bat and glove. She was watching Monica Abbott the other day and realized she was left-handed too. This inspired her because she is left-hand and in our small town of Louisiana, some coaches don't like left-handers, even though she as belted a few home runs down the right field line. She would love to meet you and if you ever have a camp in Tx or La we will be there.
Thanks for the inspiration,
Katrina
Its me again. i was s'posed to pitch to day in a REC league game but i got cancelled. i am on a traveling team and in a REC league. i am still practicing every day to stay in touch and get better and faster and stronger. i cant wait to see you!
I'll see you in STeven's Point Cat!!
<3 Sarah
I'm 68 years old, was a pitcher in high school (pre-Title 9). It is so great watching you 'youngsters' play softball, and you are so good.
Thank you for making me so happy watching you pitch.
And, I'll be cheering for you when you're in Beijing. Go get 'em.
Love and God Bless
Mary
i am excited to see you play in bejing!

I went to OKC to see team USA play China, I was hoping to see you pitch. I think you are great, and I have an 11 year daughter who plays softball. She plays catcher, but there's a couple of things that blew me away when I read some of personal information. Stephanie loves the color purple, her number is 8, and she has been nick named Cat at school because of her eyes.
I loved watching the team June 8th. It was exhilirating. I wish you the best when you go to Bejing.
