Cat, I loved watching you pitch in Salem. It was worth the trip from Knoxville. Since you didn't pitch in Knoxville my parents got tickets for Salem in hopes that I could see you pitch there. Hey Cat!

Just saw the local Fox 7 news this evening in Austin, Texas. And, there you were from the Killeen Beijing stop a couple of weeks ago! We were there and my daughter, who we call "Mat" (Matalin) was able to meet you and get an autograph. She had a great season this year for the 10U fastpitch league in Liberty Hill as the "Cats" and she was number 8. What a coincidence.

We were excited to read that you were in Austin and right down the road from us today! We hope you enjoy your visit with friends and family before heading to Beijing. Good luck and we will be watching!!!

My parents got me tickets for my B-day(7-11) to watch you play in Spokane, Wa. It was amazing to see you in person, esp. since we sat right next to your dugout. I must be really lucky because it was your night to pitch. I love to pitch too. After the game my family & I drove all night to Lynden, Wa(7hrs) so I could play in the 10U State tournament. We won & the following week went on to regionals in Idaho where we also took 1st place. Best of luck in Beijing, keep the winning streak alive!!!!!

heyy cat my name is shaiann im 12 years old i live in hawaii and i just LOVE watching you play. well yesterday (july 27) we were playing the bobby sox natinals tournement and we played teams from california and well we came in first place so im really happy about that. my dad thinks im crazy because i play shortstop and my favorite player is a pitcher but i told him i dont care because when you pitch it just makes me wanna pitch to. im a really BIG fan!!

Hey Cat
Good to hear from you again.
Well as i stated in your last entry. Our towns all star team made it to state. We went undefeated almost the whole way though. It was amazing. In the state championship i got the start. I was so pumped. I only let up 1 run in 5 innings of work. But our relief pitcher had a bad day or something. We ended up lossing in the 7th inning. But i pitched my best for you and my team. I pitched 14 inning overall and i had 26 stikeouts and only 3 walks. I did my best so im happy with me and my teams performance.
You have fun back at home. Well it was good to hear from you again and cant wait to hear back.

UR the best pitcher i ever seen ur my idol. I started to play softball cause i like to watch it on tv and thought it would be fun and its the sport ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi Cat - My mom surprised me with a life size cut out of you she got from a sports store the other day when they were finished with it. We have a batting cage/pitching area in our unfinished basement. The cut out of you is down there to help me when I get frustrated with my pitching. First, my family and I would like to wish you good luck in Beijing. We ae so excited for the games to start and even more excited to get to watch them in HD!
We actually had the opportunity to watch you play and get your autograph at the game you played in Stockton, CA.
My 11 year-old daughter, Tatiana, gave you the big, "I HEART CAT" poster to cheer you on in that game. She is an aspiring left-handed pitcher and very much looks up to you. She believes SHE is your #1 FAN.
She tries to be as dedicated and motivated as you. She has spent many hours working out and when she tires I remind her that you work through your routine even when you're tired.
You truly are an inspiration. I am happy that my daughter has such a strong, dedicated, positive person to look up to. Keep up the great work and coaching.
My daughter dreams of following in your footsteps and pitching for the Texas Longhorns. If not there, she would like to play for whatever school you are coaching at.

Hey Cat, I just wanted to wish you and the girls good luck in beijing, all you girls are awesome and such inspiration leaders. When I watch the exhibition games on espn I see how much you love the game.
